Advanced IFA Ltd is a firm of financial advisers based in Fulwell, Sunderland, UK. We provide advice to both individuals and companies on all aspects of financial planning, through a long term approach of fully understanding our clients' needs, wants and aspirations and then prioritising objectives.

As independent advisers, our clients benefit from our being able to offer advice on the broadest range of products and services. Whether it be for investment advice, retirement planning, inheritance tax planning or simply reducing costs, we have many years of experience in finding the most suitable solution for our clients' needs.

David Newham (Director) set up Advanced IFA following working for the Prudential for 6 years and then giving advice for customers of Newcastle Building Society on behalf of Aviva for 6 years. Advanced IFA started in 2004 in Sunderland and East Boldon, but offering advice to clients across the North East. In November 2008 Advanced IFA acquired “Lifelong Financial” which was based in Whitley Bay and in October 2010 Advanced IFA took over the long established firm “The Mortgage Centre Sunderland”.

For our Mortgage Advice Service, we charge a fee of £395, in addition to receiving a commission from the lender.

We pride ourselves in offering face to face financial advice and maintaining regular contact with our clients throughout the good and the bad financial times, thus ensuring peace of mind to clients.
