Andrew completed a degree in Financial Services in 1999 Andrew starting work for the Newcastle Building Society. Subsequently Andrew has gained experience working as a financial adviser with Lloyds Bank, Santander and AXA wealth, before moving on to work as an independent financial adviser. Andrew now has over 15 years industry experience.  Andrew specialises in financial advice for private clients. He specialises in pre and post retirement and has specialist qualifications in this area of financial planning.  He has a high level of experience and knowledge, having obtained the full Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipPFS) and holds a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) through the Personal Financial Society

Part of Andrews’s expertise is understanding client objectives and translating them into financial plans which are then backed by a lifetime cashflow forecast and suitable financial products where appropriate.

Andrew has a sound knowledge of the regulated Pension & Investment market and can advise on suitable strategies whether that be aimed at growth or income. Andrew advises on tax wrappers such as; pensions, ISA’s, offshore bonds, etc and also has a detailed knowledge of the investment options when it comes to choosing a discretionary fund manager, managed funds or tracker funds as part of an asset allocated portfolio.

Andrew lives in Washington and his interests include; spending time with family and friends, golf and playing his guitar. Sports interests include; Football, Fishing & keeping fit.
